Caelan is a 4 year old student at Tully Community Kindergarten. During a LEHP screening session, the spot vision camera picked up an abnormality. Following a referral letter, Caelan’s mum, Wana, took him to OPSM for a full eye examination. As a result, Caelan has been prescribed glasses, which he wears willingly and with a smile, says it “helps him to see better”. Interestingly enough his Uncle wore glasses at the same age. Caelan and his family are relocating to Darwin where Wana will take him every 6 months for a check up.
